Change of license 
Just in case you missed our email, please be advised that – if you didn’t send us your account numbers so far – you are probably running a time limited version of our software. When this will expire, your EA will stop to function and will close your MT4 (if attached to a live chart).
If this happens, please understand that it is not our responsibility if your account will win/lose money due to your outdated RobotFX EA behaviour. According to our emailing service, the warning email we sent has been received by all our clients (see the picture).
What to do next?
Again, send us your account numbers so we can personalize your RobotFX expert advisor. According to our new TOS, there are no longer time limits, only account numbers restrictions. If you are an old client (prior to 2017), you can attach five (5) account numbers (regardless of the broker) to any EA acquired. For the new clients, the limit is three.
This doesn’t change our agreement and engagement towards our customers. You are still entitled to use our software per life, without any further charges or limitations. Except, of course, for the following two:
– the account numbers restriction (this will help to prevent our software being distributed to third parties)
– a one time per month (paid) limit to change your account numbers (also intended to stop illegal distribution/use of our products)
It should be also reminded that the future releases/updates of our EAs must be requested by the clients. In other words, you (the client) have the obligation to check for new releases. Each new version will be announced on this blog, so all you have to do is to take a peak once in a while. And don’t worry, we’re not writing too much, so the new versions announcements will be visible or easy to find.
